Patti Rabinowitz, LCPC, LCPAT, LPC is licensed to provide counseling services by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and (LCPC, Maryland License #LC9865 and LCPAT, Maryland License #ATC294), and by the Virginia Board of Counseling (LPC, License #0701007824).
Services are available only to clients physically located in Maryland at this time.
3. No Emergency or Crisis Services
This website is not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent or emergency communication.

4. Telehealth and Service Limitations
In order to participate in teletherapy, you will be asked to confirm your location within Maryland and provide emergency contact information prior to beginning services.
In the event of a technical failure or connectivity issue, sessions may be rescheduled or transitioned to another secure platform.
If a disruption occurs and you are in crisis, please use the emergency contacts listed above.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Any personal information submitted through this website (for example, via a contact form or email) is not fully secure and may be intercepted or misdirected.
Your protected health information (PHI) will be handled in accordance with federal HIPAA requirements and Maryland privacy laws once a formal therapeutic relationship is established.
