How I can help

Two people walking on a forest trail surrounded by tall trees and lush greenery.

You don’t have to keep carrying the weight of all the “shoulds,” “woulds,” and “coulds.” If you’ve been stuck your own head or tired of trying to be “good enough,” therapy can help quiet that inner critic.

I work from a strength based and collaborative place, and provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients. We’ll create a plan that feels supportive and realistic, helping you to better understand yourself and feel more confident exploring changes that matter most to you.

Therapy works best when you feel safe being your whole self. My first priority is building a genuine, judgment-free relationship where you don’t have to filter your thoughts or worry about being “too much.” I show up with warmth, honesty, and a sense of humor.

I’m especially drawn to working with people who feel stuck and want something to shift, even if they’re not sure what that looks like yet. Outside the therapy room, I love trying new recipes, taking way too many (or absolutely not enough) photos of my dog, and re-watching The Good Place and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s down-to-earth, compassionate, and easy to talk to, I’d be glad to work with you.
