Fees
I am an out of network provider, which means my contract is with you, not your insurance company. I provide monthly superbills which have everything you need to request reimbursement depending on your insurance benefits. It’s helpful to check with your insurance company about your out-of-network benefits before we begin working together.
-
What are my out-of-network benefits?
Do I have a deductible and how much do I need to pay before receiving reimbursement?
Is there a limit to how many sessions my out-of-network benefits will cover per year?
Does my plan cover telehealth any differently from in-person appointments?
Initial 1 Hour Assessment: $170
35-60 Min. Appointment: $150
30 Min. Appointment: $135
A limited number of reduced fee spots are available
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
Good Faith Estimate
-
These non-emergency services can include related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you are billed for $400 more (per provider) than your Good Faith Estimate (GFE), you have the right to dispute the bill.
Your Good Faith Estimate will show the costs of services that are reasonably expected for the expected services to address your mental health care needs. The estimate is based on the information known to me when I did the estimate.
For more a more detailed breakdown of fees, please refer to the Good Faith Estimate (GFE)example included below. A yearly GFE will be provided and this form will outline specific costs. Please reach out with any questions.
